I don't mean to alarm anyone, but . . . a strange thought occurred to me while I was going stir crazy trying to sleep.

How do we know if someone from our World is . . . really from the same World? There's so many small ways a timeline could vary that it's possible absolutely none of us are from the same World at all. Unless, of course, someone here disappeared shortly before your own arrival?

Think about it, with all the alternate universes and worlds present and how widely they vary, isn't it possible that we're all from a differing World altogether? All it takes is one tiny difference in the timeline for it to alternate - deciding to wear your hair one way in one timeline and another in a different one, liking or disliking a certain food, a grade on an exam, it raining one day and then not in another, events completely unrelated to yourself, every choice creates another timeline of sorts, even if it's nearly identical for throughout the rest of the timeline, it's still a divergence.

My brother could potentially not be my brother.

So - how do you know if you're from the same exact Worlds?

Our medical staff is rather skilled, so I'm starting to feel better.

My counterpart and myself have bandaged ourselves up and taken refuge in one of the buildings for the night.

We gathered first-aid supplies and a new shirt for myself before we were evacuated. We still have plenty of antiseptic and bandages left for those who need them. There is also a good supply of burn cream left, though we will be keeping that for ourselves, thank you very much.

Additionally, both of us were severely burned. Myself on my back and my counterpart on her arm. If one of the doctors in the area could please come see to us to be sure infection hasn't set in once they're done looking over those more critically injured, I would appreciate it.

What is everyone's World like? Is it technologically based? Magic-based? What sort of system of government does it have? Is it peaceful? At War? Somewhere in between? Are there any interesting technologies/spells/things in general available? Any interesting events in their history?

Well, it certainly has been an interesting year altogether. Between events at home and being pulled here and realizing what may come in my World. My brother and myself shall certainly be busy.

And Miss Peppita has been sent home and hopefully not the battlefield. So Dor-Ennea might get a new roommate in the near future. Until then, Miss Arucard, if you don't mind the smell of my experiments, would you care to move into my room so Master Xiao Lang and Miss Ying Fa can have a bit of privacy?
